Hi Jane - thank you for your comment and that great quote.

I will keep GGG readers posted about Mariels progress with her green village.

I am also leading an environmental education session in a library and will report on GGG how that goes.

'How small changes can make a big difference to the planet' - This idea is so powerful. How wonderful people are teaching children this!

It reminds me of a quote by Jane Goodall -

'We have to remember that every one of us makes a difference everyday. We can’t live through a day without affecting the world around us. If we would all start thinking about the consequences of the little choices we make each day (what we buy to eat, to wear and how we get from A-B) and started adjusting our behaviour accordingly the world would start to change'

Thanks for a brilliant post.
