I’m So Excited!

Posted on 13 November 2006

Hi Everyone,

I thought I’d start my first post by just saying how excited I am for this new venture and feel so lucky to be part of such a great group of women!  I was the San Francisco editor over at CityHippy, and will continue to write to you here about what’s happening in the City by the Bay, as well as other good stuff happening here in the US.

This post is short because I’ve got a lot of reading and catching up to do after attending the Green Festival which was held this weekend here in San Francisco (it was a great event!) and this week we are launching “Let’s Green This City”!  A new website being sponsored by our energy company (Pacific Gas and Electric); its premise is to make San Francisco the greenest city in the nation.  I’ve been asked to be a blogger on that site as well!

So you can see we have a lot going on and I promise to keep you all in the loop of fun events and cool things to do!  As always I love hearing back from readers so write to me with your ideas, comments, and even your tips, because that’s what Green Girls Global is all about – the sharing of ideas and information as we strive to live a greener life.

Before I go I wanna say Thanks and Great Job to Vicky over at Make Hay for putting this all together, and don’t you just love our logo!

Ciao for now,

Arcadia
