EcoBabes 2007 Calendar

Posted on 22 December 2006

If you haven’t got your calendar for 2007 yet or you’re stuck for a great gift then here’s one for you…

EcoBabesFellow green women EcoBabes, from Climate Protection Campaign, have produced a 2007 calendar to raise awareness about their work and issues around climate change. The calendar portrays 12 women who are committed to working towards a sustainable lifestyle and bringing about social change. We can relate to that!

The EcoBabes say: “The Climate Protection Campaign’s mission is to create a positive future for our children and all life by inspiring action in response to the climate crisis. We advance practical, science-based solutions for significant greenhouse gas reductions.”

The work of Sonoma County’s (U.S.) Climate Protection Campain includes:
Cool Schools – A project which supports and informs schools on reducing their energy use.
and
GHG Inventory Project – A widescale inventory of all greenhouse gas emissions in Sonoma cities and the County and subsequent action to be taken.

You can buy the EcoBabes calendar either in the online shop or from local retail outlets.

Keep up the good work EcoBabes and like your style! Great minds think alike eh?
