		<description>You may find this study interesting, it finds that the energy used in producing and shipping dairy products (butter/cheese) from New Zealand to the UK is half that from producing it in the UK, for lamb it is a quarter (grass grows with little fertiliser, compared to using feedstock), and 40% less for apples.
